Congress Preparing To Impeach Obama

Robert Rich - MrConservative.com

December 13, 2013 8:01am PST

We’ve been hearing quiet mutterings lately about the impeachment of Obama, but it seems as if those voices may be consolidating.  A new resolution has been filed to congress that could be the foundation for the official impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama.

As the resolution written by South Carolina Congressman Tom Rice states, its purpose is to, “bring a civil action for declaratory or injunctive relief to challenge certain policies and actions taken by the executive branch.”

The resolution comes on the heels of Obama’s latest act of defiance against the Constitution.   When Obama snapped his fingers, changing the law of Obamacare, he willingly and knowingly broke several constitutionally based laws.  Our forefathers placed it very clearly in the Constitution that only Congress could legislate.  That being said, when Obama took it upon himself to change Obamacare as he saw fit, red flags went up. Certain politicians were quick to point out that this isn’t the only time he has acted this way, and it was well within their legal bounds to legally stop him from doing it again.

Currently, the 29 members of congress  in support of the resolution are as follows:

Bachmann (MN), Bridenstine (OK), Chaffetz (UT), J. Duncan (SC), DeSantis (FL), Franks (AZ), Gowdy (SC), Harris (MD), Lamborn (CO), LaMalfa (CA), Marino (PA), McClintock (CA), Meadows (NC), Nunnelee (MS), Pittenger (NC), Posey (FL), Tom Price (GA), Ribble (WI), Salmon (AZ), Sanford (SC), Schweikert (AZ), Stewart (UT), Stockman (TX), Walberg (MI), Weber (TX), Wenstrup (OH), Williams (TX), Joe Wilson (SC), and Yoho (FL)

In a letter written to potential co-sponsors of the bill, Rep. Rice writes, “President Obama has adopted a practice of picking and choosing which laws he wants to enforce. In most cases, his laws of choice conveniently coincide with his Administration’s political agenda. Our Founding Fathers created the Executive Branch to implement and enforce the laws written by Congress and vested this power in the President.  However, President Obama has chosen to ignore some of the laws written by Congress and implemented by preceding Presidents.”

As the president’s approval ratings continue to sink to new, lowest levels, it does not seem that Obama will finish his second term.  This in hand with the growing number of politicians in favor of removing the president from his prestigious position, could just transform the idea of his removal into reality.

Feel free to read the entire resolution and let us know how soon you’d like the government to impeach.

RESOLUTION

Directing the House of Representatives to bring a civil action for declaratory or injunctive relief to challenge certain policies and actions taken by the executive branch.

Whereas President Obama and officials in his administration have frequently overstepped the limits placed on executive branch power by the Constitution;

Whereas because of President Obama’s continuing failure to faithfully execute the laws, his administration’s actions cannot be addressed by the enactment of new laws, be- cause Congress cannot assume that the President will execute the new laws any more faithfully than the laws he has already ignored, leaving Congress with no legislative remedy to prevent the establishment of what is in effect an imperial presidency; and

Whereas it is therefore necessary and appropriate for Congress to turn to the courts to ensure the faithful execution of the laws as required by the Constitution: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved,

SECTION 1. DIRECTING CIVIL ACTION BY HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IN RESPONSE TO CERTAIN EXECUTIVE BRANCH ACTIONS.

(a) CIVIL ACTION.—The House of Representatives shall bring a civil action in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia for declaratory or injunctive relief to challenge any of the following policies or actions:

(1) The policy of the Department of Health and Human Services that, with respect to health insurance coverage that is renewed for a policy year during the period beginning January 1, 2014, and ending October 1, 2014, health insurance issuers may continue to offer coverage that would otherwise be terminated or cancelled for being out of compliance with various requirements of title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act and corresponding portions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as announced by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services on November 14, 2013.

(2) The 1-year delay in the application of the reporting requirements of sections 6055 and 6056 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (and related requirements of section 4980H of such Code), as provided under Department of the Treasury Notice 2013–45, as announced by the Department of the Treasury on July 2, 2013.

(3) The policy of the Department of Homeland Security to exercise prosecutorial discretion with respect to individuals who came to the United States as children, as announced by the Department of Homeland Security on June 15, 2012.

(4) The authorization, approval, renewal, modification, or extension of any experimental, pilot, or demonstration project under section 1115 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1315) that waives compliance with a requirement of section 407 of such Act (42 U.S.C. 607) through a waiver of section 402 of such Act (42 U.S.C. 602).

(b) NO ADDITIONAL FUNDS PROVIDED TO BRING ACTIONS.—Any amounts obligated or expended by the House of Representatives to carry out this resolution during a fiscal year shall be derived from existing appropriations for salaries and expenses of the House for that fiscal year, and nothing in this resolution may be construed as authorizing an increase in the amount of budget authority available to the House for that fiscal year.

SC Bill Would Nullify Obamacare, Could Be Model for Others

Monday, 09 Dec 2013 06:41 PM

A bill set for fast-track passage in the South Carolina Senate would effectively nullify Obamacare in that state – and could become a model for other states fed up with the president’s signature healthcare law.

House Bill 3101 passed the state House of Representatives in April and now heads to the Republican-controlled Senate with special-order priority, the Daily Caller reported Monday.

If the bill becomes law, South Carolina will be the first state to exempt citizens and businesses from all participation in the Affordable Care Act, the Daily Caller reported.

The bill's sponsor, state Sen. Tom Davis, recently wrapped up study committee hearings in cities around the state, and says the proposed legislation would render Obamacare void or inoperable through a handful of provisions.

"It will essentially have five components to it, all of which, in my judgment, are legal, effective, and within the state's power to do," the Republican from Beaufort told the Daily Caller.

The bill's main component prohibits agencies, officers and employees of the state from implementing any provisions of the Affordable Care Act, leaving implementation entirely in the hands of the federal government, which, Davis contends, lacks the resources or personnel to carry out the programs it mandates.

"What the Supreme Court said in Printz v. United States is that states are not merely political subdivisions of the federal government, to carry out what the federal government does; they are sovereign entities," Davis told the Daily Caller.

"Congress can pass laws, but it cannot compel the states to utilize either their treasury or personnel to implement those federal laws."

Additional provisions of the bill would outlaw state exchanges, issuing tax deductions to persons equal to the tax penalties levied by the federal government, and directing the state attorney general to sue over whimsical enforcement of the law.

Taken together, the Daily Caller reported, the provisions would effectively repeal the federal law for the people of South Carolina.

Given the majority of Republicans in the South Carolina Senate — along with moderate Democrats who may support the bill out of fear of voter wrath — the proposed legislation is likely to pass in short order and be signed into law by Gov. Nikki Haley, who has led South Carolina's resistance to Obamacare.

Meanwhile, political forces on the left and right are gathering for battle, including local tea party groups mobilizing support – and opponents who have called supportive lawmakers racists and questioned the authority of states to oppose federal laws, the Daily Caller reported.

"God said the poor will always be with us. Not everyone can be helped," Sue Burbach, of the South Carolina Progressive Network, said at a public hearing in Columbia, S.C., last month, The State reported.

Details of the Obama forgery exposed

Every American is the victim of one of the most insidious crimes ever perpetrated on the collective - the capturing of our nation from within. The set-up process occurred over decades, but culminated with the selection and installation of Barack Hussein Obama, a/k/a Barry Soetoro, as the front man in this silent coup.

One important piece of evidence to support this crime exists in the controversial Certificate of Live Birth, but not in the way you have heard, and not in the manner that you might suspect. The revelation of the manner and methods now exist in a document that the criminal elements of our government and the complicit media do not want you to see. And the evidence is as compelling as it is damning.

Based on the popularity of television shows like Criminal Minds, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, and Profiler from the late 1990s, a large number of people are fascinated by the investigative science of criminal profiling. One aspect of such behavioral profiling includes understanding the difference between a perpetrator’s modus operandi or “M.O.,”  and their “signature.”

While all criminals have a modus operandi, analyzing a perpetrator’s “signature” is a bit more involved. Signature behaviors serve to satisfy some need of the criminal, and might be viewed as a “calling card” of sorts that link them to the crime. This is particularly true in cases of forgery, where the forger leaves a usually well hidden “signature” to identify them as the creator of the forgery. The preceding is provided as a formal introduction to the most important forgery of our time: Barack Hussein Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth.

So far, the managed mainstream media has ignored the October 18, 2013 filing of two affidavits, one public and the other sealed, that identify twenty-(20) points of forgery on the most controversial document concerning the most controversial figure of our time: Barack Hussein Obama. In my view, this is undoubtedly the most detailed and compellingly damning document ever created pertaining to the controversy surrounding the long form birth certificate.  It provides critical insight into the people behind the forgery, their methods, and more importantly, their mistakes.

Douglas Vogt, an author and the owner and operator of a scanning business who also has an accounting background, invested over two years conducting an investigation into the authenticity of Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth. Mr. Vogt, along with veteran typesetter Paul Ivey, conducted exhaustive research of the document provided to the White House Press Corps on April 27, 2011 - not the online PDF, a critical distinction that must be understood.

Using their combined experience of 80 years in this realm, they conducted extensive examinations of the “copy” that was used as the basis for the PDF document. They acquired the same type of equipment that was used back in the late 1950s and early 1960s in an attempt to recreate the document presented as an “authenticated copy” proving the legitimacy of Barack Obama. Instead, they found 20 points of forgery on that document and detail each point of forgery in the affidavit.

Even more interesting, Mr. Vogt claims to have identified the “signature” of the perpetrator, or the woman who created the forged document, hidden within the document itself. Her identity, in addition to the identity of other conspirators and their precise methods are contained in a sealed document supplementing the public affidavit.

In my extensive research of the open source evidence revealed by Mr. Vogt in the affidavit publicly released, I have been able to connect the dots myself. Mr. Vogt released additional and even more specific details in a nearly 3-hour long radio interview last evening on The Hagmann & Hagmann Report.

The elements of the alleged criminality behind the creation of this forged document, along with the forgery of the short form birth certificate are indeed staggering. The phrase that was born out of the exposure to the crimes related to Watergate, “plausible deniability,” has now been thrust forward to the present day.

The release of the long form birth certificate at a press gaggle three days before the reported killing of Osama bin Laden seemed to be ripped from the playbook used by the men behind Nixon’s Watergate. Some who were involved knew exactly what was taking place, while others served as useful dupes to quiet the growing number intent on seeing evidence of Obama’s eligibility. Early on, the perpetrators made a few key mistakes that they could not undo. Instead, they attempted to cover their mistakes through additional forgery.

In addition to the errors they attempted to cover, the alleged forger of the COLB covertly “signed” the forged document, leaving her signature on one of the most important forgeries of our time. Whether it was done out of personal hubris or to provide her own level of “plausible deniability” in a most convoluted sense, it is apparent once you know where to look. Then, it all begins to make sense.

The affidavit filed by Mr. Vogt asserts that violations of federal law, from misprision of felony to misprision of treason occurred by the hands of Obama himself, his White House counsel, the Hawaii Department of Health, Savannah Guthrie and her employer at the time, certain other media companies, and those listed as “John and Jane Does” in the unsealed affidavit. The John and Jane Does are identified in the sealed affidavit.

Using a brilliant legal tactic unlike anyone else who has attempted redress against this treasonous activity, Mr. Vogt tapped into a section of federal law that necessitates action on the part of the federal judiciary via a federal judge - currently in the hands of the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Washington in Seattle.

It is this method or loophole in the federal statutes that separates this filing with all others. Additionally, it makes this filing by orders of magnitude much more dangerous to those involved in the alleged conspiracy to insert a foreign agent in the highest office in America.

This is a very big deal. This is a very viable threat to those who believe they are impervious to legal action for their seditious and treasonous activities, and the very people who have and continue to facilitate them. This is the best evidence yet that America is a captured operation.

EX-HOMOSEXUAL'S MARRIAGE SLAMMED BY ACTIVISTS

A former “gay rights” activist who declared six years ago he left homosexuality through the power of God is now celebrating his marriage to a woman, much to the chagrin of homosexual activists who are ridiculing him and his bride via the Web.
In a letter to his critics published today by WND, Michael Glatze called the month since his Oct. 26 marriage to Rebekah the “greatest” of his life.
“I am so grateful for Rebekah, for God, for His provision, for my new in-laws, for my family which traveled from far and wide to join in our special day, and for the prayers and support that have flooded our way since October,” he writes.
As WND reported in 2007, Glatze become a frequent source for major media covering the homosexual movement as founding editor of Young Gay America magazine before a radical change in his life that he says began with inner “promptings” he now attributes to God.
Since then, he’s been closely watched by homosexual-rights activists such as Wayne Besen, founder and executive director of Truth Wins Out. Besen’s non-profit declares its aim is to “demolish the very foundation of anti-gay prejudice,” and he asks for help to “uncover the next ‘ex-gay’ swindle.”
Besen – former spokesman for the leading homosexual-rights group Human Rights Campaign – wrote of Glatze’s marriage in a mocking post on his website Dec. 1, taunting that one “can’t be an official ‘ex-gay’ rock star until wedding bells ring.”
“Apparently, this happened for publicity hound Michael Glatze, who married his prop, er bride, Rebekah, on October 26,” writes Besen, author of the book “Anything But Straight: Unmasking the Scandals and Lies Behind the Ex-Gay Myth.”
He linked to wedding photos of Glatze wearing “fundie drag,” a reference to Glatze’s evangelical Christian faith, which led him to attend a Bible school in Wyoming.
“The victim is attractive and seems rather sweet. I hope she knows what she’s getting into,” Besen writes of Glatze’s wife.
TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS GREAT DEAL! YOU WILL GET DAVID KUPELIAN’S BLOCKBUSTER “THE MARKETING OF EVIL” AND HIS NEWEST BOOK “HOW EVIL WORKS,” BOTH AUTOGRAPHED, AT A FABULOUS DISCOUNT!
The reaction of Besen and other activists boils down to an inhuman hope for failure, said Peter LaBarbera, president of Americans for Truth about Homosexuality.
“In what other area of life do you see this?” he asked in an interview with WND. “Somebody tries to overcome drugs and falls back, and you say, ‘That’s it, nobody can change.’”
LaBarbera said the only people “who are not celebrating this marriage of a guy who was once involved in homosexuality are the homosexual radicals like Wayne Besen.”
“They are basically celebrating failure,” he said. “They’re all about focusing on the failures, because they can’t admit that homosexual identity and behavior is something you can change.”
LaBarbera said that while some who have declared themselves to be ex-”gay” have gone back to their old ways, Glatze represents many more success stories that don’t receive publicity.
Unfortunately, he said the establishment media focuses on messengers like Besen.
“I think if the average person knew about Michael Glatze, their whole view of the homosexual issue would change,” LaBarbera told WND. “And maybe that’s why people like Besen are so desperate to do anything they can to ridicule, to demonize, to mock, to deny that they even exist.”
He said homosexual activists don’t live up to their appeals for “dignity” and “tolerance.”
“Everything they once said they stood for, they are now doing the opposite toward ex-gays,” LaBarbera said.
‘People have called me a lot of things’
In his letter to his critics, Glatze says he and he new bride don’t want to become “political pawns.”
“I have never called myself an ‘ex-gay,’ though people have called me that,” he writes. “But, then again, people have called me a lot of things on account of the fact that I left homosexuality a few years back and decided that I felt more comfortable living heterosexually.”
Glatze explains he wanted to “make a little ‘shout out’ to all of the angry homosexuals in our country who are currently spreading all sorts of hate and aggression on pro-homosexual blogs.”

Michael and Rebekah Glatze
“Look, I am not interested in defending myself. I don’t really need to do that,” he writes. “I understand your plight, your point-of-view. I understand the desire to want me to be crazy, or lost in my head and mind, or confused. I understand that it would be just easier if I didn’t exist, or I would just crawl into a hole somewhere and die. But I’m not going to do that.”
In an plea for his and his wife’s safety, he asks that “instead of plotting my death, you may consider the possibility that I do have a legitimate right to life and a legitimate right to my own” decisions.
He says that since so many have commented on his wedding — photos from his personal account meant only for family and friends were widely distributed — he wants to make it clear that “I am not here to ‘force my agenda’ or my ‘lifestyle’ on anyone else.”
“I am here to live a good, God-honoring life,” he said. “And, as a Christian, I would be a liar if I didn’t tell people who God is, what He has done in my life and how He continues to provide for me in ways that are more numerous than I can count.”
‘No safer place than Bible school’
In a 2007 interview with WND, Glatze said he became aware of homosexual feelings at about the age of 14 and publicly declared himself “gay” at age 20. After a decade in which his leadership role in the homosexual activist world grew – but alongside it, a mysterious inner conflict – he said he finally was “liberated.”
After becoming editor of Young Gay America magazine at age 22, Glatze received numerous awards and recognition, including the National Role Model Award from the major homosexual-rights organization Equality Forum. Media gravitated toward him, leading to appearances on PBS television and MSNBC and quotes in a cover story in Time magazine called “The Battle Over Gay Teens.”
He produced, with the help of PBS affiliates and Equality Forum, the first major documentary film to address homosexual teen suicide, “Jim In Bold,” which toured the world and received numerous “best in festival” awards. Young Gay America’s photo exhibit, telling the story of young people across North America, toured Europe, Canada and parts of the U.S.
In 2005, Glatze was featured in a panel with Judy Shepard, mother of slain homosexual Matthew Shepard, at the prestigious JFK Jr. Forum at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
One of Glatze’s former colleagues in the homosexual-rights movement wrote a first-person article in the New York Times Magazine in June 2011 about his trip to visit Glatze, who was in Bible school at the time.
Benoit Denizet-Lewis concluded: “As I drove back to my hotel that night, I wondered if I would ever hear from Michael again. Might he call me someday to say that he was gay after all, and that his years as an ex-gay were just another pit stop in his lifelong pursuit of truth?
“It’s possible, but I doubt it will happen anytime soon,” Denizet-Lewis wrote.
“For an ex-gay intent on staying that way, there are few safer places in the world than a Bible school in Wyoming.”

Church Refuses Homosexuals into Clergy! Is This Wrong?

What do you think this means?:

Rom 1:24  Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

Rom 1:25  Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

Rom 1:26  For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Rom 1:27  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

Rom 1:28  And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Rom 1:29  Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

Rom 1:30  Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

Rom 1:31  Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

Rom 1:32  Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

I read all the time where someone insists the New Testament doesn't address homosexuality.  That is obviously an erroneous position to take.  People say Jesus didn't specifically address the subject, but those who say that don't know who Jesus is... God! manifest in the flesh!

2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

The same God of the Old Testament who gave Moses the Law on Mt. Sinai inspired every word in scripture and it is all the words of Jesus.

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

To argue that Jesus never condemned homosexuality as a sin simply doesn't understand scripture.

Rom 1:21  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

Rom 1:22  Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

In a world where the New York Times can posit that the ‘Knockout Game’ Trend has no import—and gets away with it—no one can know the future, but with the way things are going it is only commonsense to worry your way into trying to do something about it.

People old enough to remember 70 years of Communism in the Soviet Union and its satellites before communism made its hurried move for a safe North America landing,  stand their ground against the misery of Marxism planned for America by President Barack Obama.  But young people, who now over populate the ‘Me First Generation’ stand down against the advance of Marxism in the country they call home.

For millions, who spent a lifetime fighting the good fight against soul-killing Communism and its first cousins Marxism and Socialism, the possibility of Obama serving a third term tops the ‘Worst That Could Ever Happen’ list.

On the Baby Boomer set being the ones to blame for the lethargic response to the horrors now unfolding daily in America, I have the cheek to humbly disagree with the great writer P.J. O’Rourke, who wrote in his Saturday column, The Boomer Bust:

“We are the generation that changed everything. Of all the eras and epochs of Americans, ours is the one that made the biggest impression—on ourselves. That’s an important accomplishment, because we’re the generation that created the self, made the firmament of the self, divided the light of the self from the darkness of the self, and said, “Let there be self.” If you were born between 1946 and 1964, you may have noticed this yourself.

It wasn’t only the Baby Boomers who twice allowed the fox into America’ chicken coop.  And if the young ‘Me First Generation’ doesn’t join their parents and grandparents in the fight to save America, the fox will never be tossed out of the chicken coop.

We’re late into the night edging towards the top of the ‘Worst That Could Ever Happen List’.

Canada Free Press (CFP) letter writer, Bruce Butler from Englewood, Florida, who writes “the trial balloons are floating” hits the nail on the proverbial head with today’s wake up call:

“The trial balloons are floating. They were launched over the weekend. First by the President when he suggested that he might remain in Washington, DC after 2016 so his girls wouldn’t have to change schools. Second by one Jonathan Zimmerman, a history Professor writing in the NY Post who opined that Obama needs a third term.”

Obama is the undisputed leader of the ‘Me First Generation’.  It is not hard to believe the self-centered community organizer, who went on to become America’s most destructive wrecking ball,  would justify going for a third term if only, (God forbid!) so his daughters wouldn’t have to change schools.

We should all take Butler’s warning that “these are not random happenings” to heart:

“These are not random happenings. They are another attempt to further the liberal agenda. There is still work to be done before the total transformation is complete. And, as usual with this regime, they test us out to see how far we will be pushed.

“We will hear more rumblings, especially if the Republicans get a majority of the Senate seats and retain the House next year. Every remark and every move by the President, Harry Reid or Nancy Pelosi should be considered to be designed to sustain their agenda. Americans are not accustomed to being suspicious of their leaders.

This could easily lead to our downfall.

Ask anyone you know from Cuba.”

Amen, Brother Butler, Amen.
