During floor debate on H.R. 1913, the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act, Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-FL) admitted that this so-called "hate crimes" bill will protect the 30 mostly bizarre sexual orientations listed by the American Psychiatric Association.

These 30 sexual orientations/paraphilias are among numerous listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV-TR) and in other psychiatric literature.

After ridiculing his Republican colleagues for proposing an amendment to exclude these 30 orientations from H.R. 1913, Hastings openly admitted that they would be included as protected federal categories under civil rights laws - and he approves of this coverage.

Here is Hastings' transcript from the Congressional Record, April 29, 2009:
Mr. Speaker, I have been on the Rules Committee a considerable amount of time, both in the minority and in the majority, and I have seen things come to the Rules Committee that I thought were trivializing the process, but yesterday took the cake for me.

We had an amendment offered by one of our colleagues to this particular legislation. I guess it was done in a creative fashion, and certainly the author of it did spend some time looking in the dictionary or creating new terms. And I apologize to our transcriber, but I am going to put in the Record what we have to put up with in the Rules Committee.

"The term sexual orientation," this proposed amendment said, "as used in this act, or any amendments made by this act, does not include apotemnophilia, asphyxophilia, autogynephilia, coprophilia, exhibitionism, fetishism, frotteurism, gerontosexuality, incest, kleptophilia, klismaphilia, necrophilia, partialism, pedophilia, sexual masochism, sexual sadism, telephone scatalogia, toucherism, transgenderism, transsexual, transvestite, transvestic fetishism, urophilia, voyeurism, or zoophilia."

All I can say is the late-night comedians need to come up there with me sometime so that they can get into the spirit of spuriousness that comes there on certain occasions.

This is serious business. Mr. Speaker, we can't legislate love, but we can legislate against hate. This legislation may not rid us of the intolerance and prejudices that continue to taint our society, but it will provide an added deterrent to those for whom these feelings manifest themselves into acts of violence. They will be fully aware that, should they commit a hate crime, there will be no lenience and they will not slip through the cracks of the American legal system.

Further, passage of this Hate Crimes bill will increase public education and awareness and encourage Americans to report hate crimes that all too often are silent.

Mr. Speaker, this bill addresses our resolve to end violence based on prejudice, and to guarantee that all Americans, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability--or all of these philias and fetishes and isms that were put forward--need not live in fear because of who they are.

I urge my colleagues to vote in favor of this rule so that we continue to move this country toward fully achieving its promise of justice and liberty for all Americans.

I urge a ``yes'' vote on the previous question and on the rule.
In this statement, Rep. Hastings has made it clear that these mostly bizarre sexual orientations will be made into federally-protected minority groups if the so-called hate crimes bill becomes law.

Every letter, epistle found after the book of Acts was written to churches, saints, preachers, fellow-laborers, etc.

The only book after the gospels written to explain how the church came into being, the doctrine that established the church is the book of Acts.

The Roman Road

To use the Roman Road for the N.T. plan of salvation is to take those verses out of context. The context of Romans is that it was written to those who had already repented, had been baptized in Jesus name for the remission of sin, and been filled with the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Acts 2:

41. Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

42. And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

Acts 8

12. But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

13. Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.

14. Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:

15. Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:

Acts10:1-33 God prepares Peter to go to the gentiles.

Acts 10:34-43 Peter preaches the gospel- death, burial and resurrection to gentiles.

Acts 10:44-48 gentiles repent are filled with the Holy Ghost, and baptized in Jesus name.

Acts 10:

44. While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.

45. And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.

46. For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,

47. Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?

48. And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

Acts 19:

1. And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,

2. He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.

3. And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.

4. Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.

5. When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

6. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

In Summary

·         Peter preached repentance, baptism in Jesus name and receiving the Holy Ghost for salvation

·         Paul preached repentance, baptism in Jesus name and receiving the Holy Ghost for salvation

·         The dispersion spread the Apostles doctrine (see above)

·         The letter to the saints in Rome ~60 A.D., after a great number of churches had been started.

  False teachers entered into the flock, changing the doctrine Acts 20:29-30

  The Ascension of the Roman Catholic Church- illegal to own Bible, etc. Change doctrines

  Reformation- taking R.C.C. doctrine with them

  Roman Road to Salvation – reformation doctrine, not taught by 1st church.

Rather than perpetuate an error just for the sake of unity, we should rather teach the original New Testament plan of salvation as taught by the apostles, and first century church: Acts 2:38…

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

How can a person not born into the Roman Catholic Church become a member? You cannot join it by giving your testimony of your new birth and personal acceptance of Jesus Christ by faith. It is not so simple.

Here is the profession of faith that all who are not born in the church are required to sign:

"I admit and embrace most firmly the apostolic and ecclesiastical traditions and all the other constitutions and prescriptions of the Church. I profess that in the mass is offered to God a true, real and propitiatory sacrifice for the living and the dead; that in the Holy Sacrament of the Eucharist is really, truly and substantially the Body and Blood together with the soul and divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ, and there takes place what the Church calls transubstantiation; that is the change of all the substance of the bread into the body, and all the substance of the wine into the blood. I confess that in receiving either of these species one receives Jesus Christ, whole and entire. I firmly hold that purgatory exists and that the souls detained there can be helped by the prayers of the faithful. I profess firmly that the images of Jesus Christ and of the Mother of God, ever virgin, as well as all the saints should be given due honour and veneration. I also affirm that Jesus Christ left to the church the faculty to grant indulgences, and that their use is most salutary to Christian people. I promise and swear true obedience to the Roman Pontiff, successor to St. Peter, Prince of the Apostles and Vicar of Jesus Christ.

"Besides, I accept without hesitation and profess all that has been handed down, defined and declared by the sacred canons and by the general councils especially by the Sacred Council of Trent and by the Vatican General Council and in a special manner concerning the primacy and infallibility of the Roman Pontiff. This same Catholic faith outside which nobody can be saved. I promise and swear to maintain and profess with the help of God, entire inviolate and with firm consistency until the last breath of life; and I shall strive as far as possible that this same shall be held, taught and publicly professed by all those who depend on me and by those of whom I shall have charge, so help me God and these Holy Gospels."

...It is an oath to deny Jesus Christ as Saviour

This is the promise and solemn oath which all who would join the Roman Church are required to take. It is an oath to deny Jesus Christ as Saviour and trust the destiny of the soul to a mortal man and a false church.
Notice a number of things in this oath:

There is not one verse of Scripture in this entire confession on which they base their demands.

The convert is to subject himself to a mortal man, the Pope, for his destiny.

The convert is made to confess that there is no salvation outside the Roman Church.

The convert swears to worship images, for the confession clearly states that these images are to be "given due honour and veneration".

May we urge the reader to study carefully the above promise and oath which every convert to Romanism is required to sign. Then compare these superstitions and traditions with the Word of God. Will you entrust the eternal destiny of your soul to God's infallible promise of salvation by faith in Jesus Christ, or to a Church whose history has been error, cruelty, persecution and bigotry? It is Christ or the Pope.

For those of us who have been following the theory that the 70th Week of Daniel began Jan. 1, 2007, things keep getting more interesting.

First, Javier Solana — the chief architect of the new European Neighbourhood Policy which launched Jan. 1, 2007 — announced that he planned to retire October 17. Now with this date only days away, he has been asked to extend his term until the end of October and possibly — according to a new report released yesterday by the Brookings Institution — until at least the end of December. The purpose for the extension is so EU leaders can sort out all the legal issues involved with the implementation of the Lisbon Treaty, if and when it is fully ratified. Second, Solana’s term as the secretary general of the Western European Union is also set to expire Nov. 24, and certain EU leaders would like to see the entire WEU dissolved. Yet, according to the same Brookings report, the WEU is “unwilling to be dissolved.” This news is fascinating to those of us who have considered the possibility that the 10 WEU nations may be the 10-nation military alliance foretold in Bible prophecy.

Third, Solana announced his retirement at a very ironic time — when he was poised to become the High Representative for Foreign Security and Defense under the Lisbon Treaty — a position with many increased powers. Did he perhaps hope that, by retiring from his current post, he would be appointed to that new position when the Lisbon Treaty finally went into force?

So, what will be the fate of Solana, the WEU and the Lisbon Treaty? All we can do is continue to wait and see.

Today, July 13, 2009 (7-13-09) the Club of Rome’s World Health Organization (The W.H.O.) issued its marching orders concerning “Novel H1N1” pandemic influenza vaccinations to all United Nations “member” countries.

Just as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issues “recommendations” for what it terms “Voluntary Contributions” (TAX PAYMENTS), the W.H.O. today issued its “strong recommendations” (i.e. orders) on “Pandemic (H1N1) 2009 Vaccines.” Of course, failure to follow the “recommendations” (i.e. phony laws) and timely file your “Voluntary Contributions” will cause IRS agents to visit your home or business, which visit usually results in arrest and imprisonment. Likewise, failure to follow the W.H.O. edicts may result in U.N. sanctions to members.

On Tuesday, July 7, 2009 – the W.H.O.’s THIRTEEN (13) all-wise “SAGES” (acronym for Strategic Advisory Group of Experts) on Immunization held an “extraordinary” meeting in Geneva Switzerland – and from this “extraordinary” meeting, the W.H.O.’s 13 world-renowned vaccination proponents and manufacturers came away with the following edicts:

1. ALL COUNTRIES should immunize their HEALTH-CARE WORKERS as a FIRST PRIORTY to protect the essential health infrastructure. Following health-care workers in order of high-priority for the vaccines are: A) Pregnant Women B) toddlers older than 6 months who suffer from chronic medical problems C) Healthy Young Adults age 15-49 years D) Healthy Children E) Healthy Adults between 50-64 years old, and last of course, F) OLD FOLKS older than 65 years old. (Oddly, this is basically a completely reversed order of priority for “seasonal” flu vaccines – with pregnant women advised AGAINST taking the shot at all.)
2. These wise Sages ADMIT that “since new technologies are involved in the production” of these “pandemic” vaccines, they “have not yet been extensively evaluated for their safety”. Therefore, the Sages declare that it is “very important to implement post-marketing surveillance of the highest possible quality.” Post marketing surveillance??? Shouldn’t this be done first? In other words, they don’t really know what level of side-effects to expect. This is simply mass HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION –and is unconscionable to advise giving it to pregnant women as a high priority!
3. The SAGES clearly declared that the “spread of the pandemic virus is unstoppable” – therefore, their goal is to QUICKLY provide vaccines for ALL U.N. Nations. Therefore, the 13 wise sages authorized the “production and use of vaccines formulated with oil-in-water adjuvants and live attenuated influenza viruses”. In other words, the sages declared it to be safe to use SQUALENE and/or INSECT DNA in the vaccines.
