If the title of this article gives the impression that I am conflicted about the Romney/Ryan ticket, there is a reason for that. I am.
On the one hand I believe that defeating Obama trumps all, but on the other hand I am extremely wary of the GOP elites these days—with good reason.

Biblical Christianity says:
Conservatives aren't anti-CHOICE! We are Pro-choice to a big point. We think you ought to pay for your own choices, not force the public coffers to pay for your choices. If people knew they would end up paying for their choices...they may make better choices. Those knowing that someone else will always pick up the tab, never seem to learn restraint. Socialism rewards poor choices.
Conservatism rewards good choices. The reason socialism seems to spread so easily is too many people are like water, and sink to the lowest level. Success is almost always achiveved by working harder, smarter, longer, or better. Too lazy to succeed? Don't punish the winners for your laziness.
Hating the truth is why they killed Jesus.
